DO NOT BUY CHIA SEEDS OF THIS BRAND. HAVE SMALL STONES MIXED. DO NOT BUY CHIA SEEDS OF THIS BRAND. HAVE SMALL STONES MIXED. Worst product. They have mixed small stones with chia seeds of black and white colour which makes it undistinguishable. I generally take one spoon of chia seeds and soak them in water and then drink that water along with chia seeds. And while chewing the soaked chia seeds i felt stones in my mouth. So i carefully took them out and clicked. You can see those stones in the pic attached.

Helpful in digestion ! Love it I wanted to try out chia seeds since long ! And I made a right choice in choosing this one !! I am having this everyday empty stomach in morning by soaking it in water for half and hour With one glass of water and it’s really good! It has improved my digestion and bowel movement really well!! You need to see this before buying this watch . Okay so let me clear that it is a very good product . A bit heavy eye soothing silver colour will definitely win your heart . The dial colour is also very cute ( not like what you see in the picture a bit pale . I personally liked it a lot ) . But the lock feature is quite hard to understand at first try । But it actually ensure that watch doesnt fall off your hand . Packaging was impressive . And also they give 1 year warranty . The reason Im not giving it full marks is that watch is overpriced and there is no doubt in it .

Highly Recommended! I have tried countless chia seeds from different brands. some of them are to expensive but those which are really cheap often have a really bad quality. This just falls right in the sweet spot not too expensive but minimal to no sacrifice on the quality for the price tag. The Quality of seeds is good... fresh stock... tastes good.
