time adjustable knob/crown missing Defective product. I am very disappointed and hurt with this deception. The knob/crown for time adjustment is not there at all and the packaging is horrible it seems like they have sent me a piece which is returned by someone else. I have initiated the return.

Fake or defective Second time I bought the product looks like I was given a fake. No oxiclear logo on the mask extremely hard strings that hurt the ear and no nose cushion which was mentioned on the box. After I bought it went out of stock supporting my theory that it was either fake or defective. Do not buy. Go for MI mask rather
