Must try for all women I was thinking to try menstrual cup from long time and finally try this was as its cost effective too..my first cycle was ok ok ..one- two times it leaked but when I try knowing more about it worked well from next cycle.

The watch is good looking. It is good looking and can worn on a regular basis or with formal wear. The presentation and the design is also good. The leather bands are really good looking. It was a gift for my Father-In-Law on his birthday. But I was disappointed when the watch stopped working on the 15th day. He used it for 8 days only and then kept it as he did not want to use in regularly. But on the 15th day when he wanted to use it again it had stopped keeping time.

A good cup for beginners This is my first cup. It worked well without any leaks. But since its a small cup you will have to take it out in about 5-6 hours on your heavier days. Unlike the medium sized pink sirona cup this opens up easily inside. Good cup for beginners. Now Sirona has 2 types of cups. One is fda approved and costlier. This has no color added to it. The other one is also made of medical grade silicon and is available in pink and blue colours.It is also cheaper. The cheaper one is around 200-300 rupees while the other is around 700 rupees. I have tried both of these and i personally find the costlier version better. The cheaper one is too soft and it is a task to get it open inside while the costlier one is still soft but is easier to open inside. And the material is of very good quality. If you have a strong pelvic floor and you find it hard for the cups to open inside but you also dont want the firm kind of cup inside you then i would say you give the FDA approved sirona cup a try.
