No difference between S and M size Ordered medium size 2 months back which was a little bigger for me. So i ordered small size. But both sizes are same. I compared both of them nd there is no difference in size diameter lenght capacity. And there is no return policy. I have same size ka 2 cups now.

Looks very stylish and sturdy but bigger for under 10 yrars Very good watch at this price. That too Made In India. Looks very stylish and sturdy with many handy features. Does not look cheap material at all. Incidentally I had to return as it was looking very big on wrist of my 8 year old so cant comment on durability.
