Intelligent conversation operations
Every WhatsApp platform shows you a green tick and asks you to believe it. When a customer says "your bot promised me a refund", the honest answer from most of them is a screenshot of their own database — which is exactly as convincing as the customer's screenshot of the chat.
Zanii was built the other way round. The platform signs what it does with a key, writes it to an append-only log that it does not control, and the verification runs in whoever's browser is checking. We can be offline, hostile or gone, and the proof still stands.
Everything else — the inbox, the campaigns, the assistant — is the ordinary work of a WhatsApp platform, done carefully. The limits Meta imposes are shown rather than hidden, because a tool that hides them is a tool you find out about from an invoice or an outage.
